Parmod Madan is a seasoned business leader with proven track record of 35 years in telecom field operations at state/ regional and country level, for Bharti Airtel; RCOM, Vodafone Idea, in India and Africa. His qualifications are: B.Tech Electronics & Telecom, MBA in Project Management. Some prominent companies where he has worked earlier include Tata Communications, TSL, Alcatel Lucent India Ltd. (Nokia), HFCL Infotel, Fujitsu India and Puncom. As CEO & Director of SSHD, he has a full-time role in managing and growing the business to become a profitable and respectable name in the service industry.
Sanjay Srivastava is a seasoned management professional having 30 years experience in corporates and start-ups. His qualifications are BTech from NIT Bhopal, MBA from IIM-Bangalore. Some prominent companies where he has worked earlier include Tata Motors, Nestle, Jajagjit Industries, Motorola, DishTV, Tata Sky, Oxigen Services. In SSHD, his role is that of top management and corporate governance and to create and manage IT assets.
Harbhajan Singh has vast all-round business experience over 28 years, in both big and medium sized companies, in the fields of engineering design, quality & vigilence, regulatory affairs, HR, field service, rural sales, site acquisition. He is Chartered Engineer and Member The Institute of Engineers (India). Some prominent companies where he has worked earlier include Tata Sky, Connect Broadband, HFCL-Reliance Jio, Procall, Punjab Wireless, ER&DC. As Director of SSHD, he has responsibility to acquire and nurture relationship with clients and hand-hold the operations team during start- up stage.
Sanjeev heads the LED Refurbishment division. He is a telecom professional with over 34 years of experience in the field of manufacturing, design, installation & Commissioning and customer support for highly complex digital telecom equipment like LOS radios, VSATs, 2G/3G mobile networks. Sanjeev has worked with US companies like WFI and DMC Stratex Networks. He was instrumental in setting up 2G ( GSM & CDMA ) and 3G Mobile Networks for leading operators like Reliance Comm., Idea, Videocon, Bharti Airtel, Videocon. In India, he had worked in the capacity of Business Head of Alcatel Lucent, Huawei and Viom for Upper North circles ( Punjab, Haryana, HP and J&K). He has received overseas transfer of technology trainings with world leading telecom companies of France, Denmark, Canada, England and US .
